Score Library

Thank you for coming here.

We are always looking for ways to improve our liturgy and music resources to support you better. If you haven’t heard, Illuminare Publications has become Source & Summit—a journey ten years in the making.

Why is the Score Library no longer available?

The Illuminare Score Library has offered pre-publication draft scores for free download since 2012, and has helped thousands of parishes undertake the work of elevating the liturgy. We are excited to announce that we have been working hard to offer you even more value through the all new Source & Summit digital platform. To learn more, please contact us or sign up for a free Beta account here

Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to offer the contents of the Score Library for free on this page. The reason for this is largely beyond our control. The majority of the scores previously found here made use of the Revised Grail Psalms, which were paired with the Mass antiphons in English. The previous licensor of the RGP gave us gratis permission to post these scores for free download. While the new owner and licensor of these texts (the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops) has tentatively respected the agreements of the former licensor, we have been asked to update all of our materials to the Abbey Psalms and Canticles translation, which has superceded and replaced the RGP. Also, and significantly, the USCCB will not grant the same digital gratis permission for the APC in the future that we previously received for the RGP.

Fortunately, we have been working on the revolutionary Source & Summit digital platform for over a year now, and it is picking up where the Score Library left off and is doing so much more. In truth, it is fulfilling the dream that Illuminare has been working toward for close to a decade.

To get a free Beta trial account please sign up here. If you would like to continue to make use of the Score Library contents, we have been permitted to share them with parishes amidst Covid-19 restrictions here. We hope you find this helpful. And as always, please do not hesitate to let us know how we can support you!
